Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions help explain any agreement reached between
you and RSscan Lab Ltd in connection with this site. Please understand
that by placing an order with this website, you accept the following
terms and conditions:
- Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with RSscan
Lab Limited.
- The contract fulfils the requirements of the European Union Distance
Selling Directive, as implemented in UK Law under The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
- These terms do not cover purchases undertaken within clinics and Centres
belonging to, or operated on behalf of, RSscan Lab Ltd
- You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
- No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and
RSscan Lab Ltd unless and until RSscan Lab Ltd accepts your order by
way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for
all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be considered complete
and for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at
the time RSscan Lab Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you
receive that email). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance
by RSscan Lab Ltd of your offer to buy goods from RSscan Lab Ltd.
- You undertake that all details you provide to RSscan Lab Ltd for the
purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that
the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are
sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered
- If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your
responsibility to inform RSscan Lab Ltd as soon as possible. Cancellation
& Returns
- You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed
by email to info@rsscan.co.uk or by telephoning 01449 612739 during
normal office hours. These paragraphs should be read in conjunction
with our Returns Policy set out after these Terms and Conditions.
- You can return goods to RSscan Lab Ltd for any reason, for a period
of up to 7 days from the date of delivery, in one of two ways
- By Post/Carrier - You must pay the cost of returning goods to
us by Post/Carrier. You should address all returns by this method
to RSscan Lab Ltd, Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 1NN.
On receipt of your returned goods, RSscan Lab Ltd will reimburse
you the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days
onto the same credit/debit card used to pay for the goods. You are
responsible for the goods until they are received at our address.
Goods that are lost or go missing during transit cannot be reimbursed.
You should strongly consider using a Recorded (signed For) service
or Special Delivery to return goods. Proof of posting does not constitute
proof of delivery.
- In person to RSscan Lab Ltd. RSscan Lab Ltd does not charge any
form of penalty or restocking fee. You will need to supply proof
of purchase (a printed copy of the Receipt page from our website)
and the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the goods. RSscan
Lab Ltd only transacts refunds onto the card that was used to purchase
the goods originally. RSscan Lab Ltd cannot provide cash refunds
under any circumstances.
- You must return goods in the original manufacturers box/package. You
must return the entire contents of the box/package, including both left
and right shoes, any backup/2nd laces, all stuffing/protective wrapping,
any accessories included by the manufacturer, all printed materials
including stickers, brochures, labels, tags and guarantees. You must
take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You should
not wear shoes on surfaces that will mark the soles.
- When marked goods are returned, RSscan Lab Ltd reserves the right
to refuse to reimburse in full. In the case of postal returns, the goods
will remain with RSscan Lab Ltd, until either you accept to pay for
the item(s) to be returned to you, or accept a refund of less than 100%
of the original purchase price. The percentage refund will be negotiated
with reference to the degree of damage, but is unlikely to be greater
than 75% of the purchase price.
- RSscan Lab Ltd will meet the full cost of returning goods where the
item(s) delivered to you are not as specified in the Product Description
section on your receipt provided that you notify RSscan Lab Ltd of the
problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail
within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. Nothing in this clause
affects your statutory rights.
- If you believe that your goods have developed a fault, you must return
them to RSscan Lab Ltd, Violet Hill Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14
1NN. You will be responsible for the cost of posting the goods. You
must supply the Proof of your original purchase, a letter explaining
what the fault is, your contact details and the original receipt for
the cost of posting the goods back. If RSscan Lab Ltd agrees that the
product is faulty, you will be offered an exchange, or a full refund,
and advice on product suitability. When RSscan Lab Ltd accepts that
the product is faulty, you will be refunded the postage cost incurred
by you when sending the goods back. If you choose to exchange your faulty
goods, RSscan Lab Ltd will incur the cost of posting the replacement
item to you. RSscan Lab Ltd reserves the right to decide the shipping
service for this purpose.
- Where RSscan Lab Ltd disagrees with you that the product is faulty,
it will let you know the decision in writing.
Liability
- These liability terms apply only to the extent permitted by law. For
the avoidance of doubt, RSscan Lab Ltd does not exclude or limit any
liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where
such injury results from RSscan Lab Ltd's negligence or willful default,
or that of RSscan Lab Ltd employees, agents or subcontractors or (b)
fraudulent misrepresentation.
- RSscan Lab Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below)
for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information,
specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
- RSscan Lab Ltd transacts all payments in UK pounds sterling (£GBP).
If RSscan Lab Ltd displays prices on its web site in any currency other
than £GBP, this information is for guidance only and does not represent
the contractual price.
- In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price
due to a typographical error, RSscan Lab Ltd has the right to refuse
or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the
order has been confirmed.
- RSscan Lab Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as
quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of

Order processing
- Credit and Debit cards are debited before RSscan Lab Ltd ships items.
- All prices include sales taxes (unless otherwise stated).
- All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be
fulfilled then you will be informed and maybe offered an alternative.
RSscan Lab Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within
two working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed
if the item is not in stock and has to be fulfilled from stock held
at one of our other locations. Some items may be unavailable. Where
future delivery dates are quoted, these are approximate.
- Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from RSscan Lab
Ltd Delivery and Handling
- Please note that destinations for shipping and delivery are restricted
to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The period stated within which
you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the
address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.
Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments if availability
is an issue. Please allow 14 days for delivery of your goods 29. Title
to any product ordered will pass to you once RSscan Lab Ltd has received
payment in full for that product. Miscellaneous terms
- It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to
order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order

Ltd records the terms and conditions in effect at the time of your purchase

Returns Policy

without the correct credit/debit card details. We cannot provide

left and right shoes, any backup/2nd laces, all stuffing/protective
wrapping, any accessories included by the manufacturer, all printed
materials including stickers, brochures, labels, tags and guarantees.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
You should not wear shoes on surfaces that will mark the soles.
If in doubt, only walk in them on carpeted surfaces. Don't try them
outside.
Policy Exceptions
- Incorrect Items Supplied
We will meet the full cost of returning goods to us if the item(s) delivered
to you are not as specified in the Product Description section on your
Receipt. You should contact us here so that we can make arrangements
with you for the return of the goods.
- Faulty Goods
If you believe that your goods have developed a fault, you must return
them to:

You will be responsible for the cost of posting the goods back to us.
Additionally, you must supply the following
- Proof of your original purchase.
- A letter explaining what the fault is. You should also include
your contact details.
- The original receipt for the cost of posting the goods back to

When we receive your goods, one of our staff who is experienced in fault
assessment will examine the product. If we agree that the product is
faulty, we will offer you the choice of either
- An exchange, or
- A full refund, and
- Advice on product suitability.
When we accept that the product is faulty, we will refund you the postage
cost incurred by you when sending the goods back to us. If you choose
to exchange your faulty goods, we will incur the cost of posting the
replacement item to you. We reserve the right to decide which shipping
service we select for this purpose. Where we disagree with you that
the product is faulty, we will let you know of our decision.
- Marked Goods When goods are returned to us marked in any way, we reserve
the right to refuse to reimburse you in full. In the case of postal
returns, the goods will remain with us, until either · You accept to
